Job Summary

Law Firm is looking for an experienced attorney to join our Phoenix office. The successful candidate will join our Education and Employment practice and will be responsible for providing legal advice and services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in representing employers and educational institutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and services to clients in relation to education and employment law.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, administrative hearings, and other legal proceedings.
• Prepare legal documents, motions, contracts, and other documents.
• Conduct legal research and analyze relevant laws, statutes, and regulations.
• Negotiate settlements and other legal agreements.

Job Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 2+ years of experience in a law firm or other legal setting.
• Excellent academic and writing credentials.
• Familiarity with state and federal laws and regulations.
• Strong research, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary

The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
