Sarasota office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks health law attorney with 5+ years of experience. The candidate will provide legal representation and advice to healthcare clients in a broad range of litigation and transactional matters, including regulatory compliance, corporate transactions, fraud and abuse investigations, licensure and credentialing, and risk management. Will analyze complex healthcare laws and regulations and provide guidance to clients. Actively manage litigation matters from inception through trial. Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional client service and communication. Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to exceed client expectations and achieve desired outcomes. Participate in marketing and business development efforts to expand the firm's health care practice. Stay current with emerging legal trends in the healthcare industry. Strong understanding of health care laws and regulations, including HIPAA, Stark Law, and Anti-Kickback Statute. Active membership in the Florida Bar is essential.
