Candidates should also demonstrate proficiency in addressing False Claims Act issues, SBA regulations, and Organizational Conflicts of Interest, as well as handling suspension and debarment issues. Experience with cost issues, including Cost Accounting Standards, GSA Federal Supply Schedule and Multiple Award Schedule Contracts, and the negotiation of prime and subcontracts, teaming agreements, joint ventures, and mentor-protégé agreements is essential.

To excel in this role, candidates must have relevant federal government contracting experience and bring some portable business to the firm.
