A law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney for their office in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Job Overview:

• Assist in providing legal representation to clients in court proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to prepare for hearings, trials, and depositions.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents under supervision.

Duties:

• Assist with case preparation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on case-specific issues.
• Assist with client communication and case management.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and other court proceedings.
• Support senior attorneys in trial preparation and strategy development.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate or better from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
• 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in civil litigation.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Education:

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina.

Skills:
