Job Overview: A law firm seeks a skilled Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to lead a legal team, manage cases, and provide exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury and/or medical practice law, possess excellent research and analytical skills, and be committed to delivering high-quality legal representation.

Job Details:

• Manage a legal team to provide superior client service, ensure efficient case flow, and maximizing the value of all cases.
• Work with experts and Partners to evaluate the merits of potential cases and develop case theories.
• Conduct and defend depositions of plaintiffs, defendants, non-party witnesses, and other third parties.
• Draft and/or review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, expert exchanges, and other correspondence.
• Prepare and participate in Trials.
• Develop a personal brand and reputation, resulting in repeat business and expansion of the network of case referral sources.
• Perform other related duties as assigned and/or required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of previous experience practicing personal injury and/or medical practice law.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills committed to exceptional client service.
• Admitted to practice law in New York State and good standing.
• Preferred: Admission to the NYS federal courts.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
