Duties:

• Conducting patent prosecution activities related to various technologies, including 5G, Wi-Fi, AI, processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front-end.
• Drafting patent applications and responses to office actions.
• Conducting patentability searches and analyses.
• Collaborating with attorneys and clients to strategize patent portfolios.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of patent prosecution experience.
• Expertise in patent prosecution related to 5G, Wi-Fi, AI, processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front-end technologies.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Registered with the United States Patent Trademark Office (USPTO) or eligible for registration.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (preferred).

Certifications:

• Registration with the United States Patent Trademark Office (USPTO) or eligibility for registration.

Skills:
