Job Overview: A law firm seeks a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with lead attorneys, assisting in various phases of litigation and contributing strategic insights to achieve client objectives.

Duties:

  • Collaborate with lead attorneys on all aspects of litigation, including case evaluation, reporting, discovery, depositions, and trial presentation.
  • Conducted legal research and drafted documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client service.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admitted to practice law in the state of South Carolina.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications.
