Job Duties:

• Proactively manage family law cases from inception to resolution.
• Provide superior customer service to all clients, including the delivery of monthly status reports and conducting weekly case reviews.
• Identify and recommend improvements to practice managers, enhancing operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Utilize practice quality software to manage performance metrics and track accomplishments.
• Maintain a first-chair role in family law cases, demonstrating a strong command of litigation skills.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
• Successful passage of the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
• 2-5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on family law.
• Current license to practice law in the state of Texas.
• Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new technical programs and software.
