  • Manage projects effectively, paying close attention to detail.
  • Communicate efficiently and responsively with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
  • Produce deliverables and respond to correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate and high-quality work products.
  • Meet deadlines and expectations for assigned work duties.
  • Undertake any other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned by the firm.
  • State and federal court experience is a plus.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in drafting litigation documents.
  • Experience with motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions in health care, ERISA, and commercial litigation matters.
