Philadelphia office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior transactional attorney with solid experience working in a sophisticated law firm environment to work across the breadth of the firm's transactional practice. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating transactional and commercial documents, including leases, real estate purchase agreements, asset-purchase agreements, partnership/operating agreements, employment agreements, and related documents. Should have real estate, M&A, transactional, and corporate law experience, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry. Must be prepared to have substantial client interaction and be prepared to dive into negotiating and drafting relevant documents as the firm has an abundance of complex work.
