Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Illinois State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
  • 3-5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation and securities litigation.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Excellent oral advocacy and courtroom presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
