Duties:

  • Lead and assist in the execution of initial public offerings (IPOs).
  • Advise underwriters and issuers on equity and debt capital markets transactions.
  • Provide legal counsel to public and private companies on SEC reporting requirements.
  • Counsel clients on general corporate matters, including financings.
  • Handle company formation processes and private company equity and debt financing.
  • Draft and review legal documents related to capital markets transactions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 3-5 years of experience in securities and capital markets.
  • Significant experience in IPOs and capital markets transactions.
  • Knowledge of company formation, private company financing, and . securities law (preferred).
  • Strong achievement drive and client management skills.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Relevant law firm experience, preferably from an AmLaw 50 firm.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Bar in the state of New York.
