A law firm in Marietta, GA is seeking an Associate Attorney with litigation experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for various legal duties and should meet the following qualifications:

 

Job Overview:

  • Effective written communication and strong writing/research skills are essential.
  • Experience in or demonstrated interest in labor and employment, civil rights law, or education law is a plus.

 

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
  • Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings.
  • Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
  • Participate in case strategy meetings and provide legal advice.

Certifications:
