Position Overview:

Job Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility is to support PNC's M&A activities
- Support PNC's private equity business and unique needs as part of a financial services institution
- Other corporate and securities law matters, including '33 Act and '34 Act securities work, internal transactions, and special corporate projects

Preferred Skills:
- Background in corporate and securities laws
- Knowledge of M&A transactions and securities laws for public companies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail

Job Description:
- Identifies and manages legal risk for the organization
- Conducts research and provides legal advice
- Manages outside counsel relationships and expense
- Reviews and prepares legal documentation for transactions
