**Job Responsibilities:**

- Counsel clients on legal matters related to personal injury, including matters of liability, damages, and insurance coverage.
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in court, arbitrations, mediations, and other hearings.
- Negotiate settlements.
- Prepare detailed case summaries and other legal materials.
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and other attorneys.
- Track case progress and update clients on developments.
- Monitor changes in the legal landscape and advise clients accordingly.
- Prepare for trial and present cases in court.

**Requirements:**

- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in Utah, Washington or Idaho.
- At least 2 years of experience in personal injury law.
- Litigation experience preferred.
- Excellent writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong research skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
