Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and support on real estate transactions related to affordable housing and tax credit projects
  • Conduct due diligence, including reviewing title and survey documents
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents
  • Assist with closings and financing transactions
  • Analyze complex real estate issues and provide strategic advice to clients
  • Research and stay updated on laws and regulations related to affordable housing and tax credits
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on real estate matters

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Member (in Good Standing) of the Florida Bar or willingness to seek admission
  • 2-4 years of meaningful experience in real estate law
  • Strong background in title and survey, easements, and leases
