As a Senior Manager, you will work with a team of problem solvers to provide strategic tax advice and solutions to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on local and overseas tax affairs, including business analysis, working capital management, and profit sharing for partners
- Help organisations understand the pricing implications of goods and services between related parties
- Provide expertise on tax implications of deals
- Navigate the complexities of cross-border and diverse teams and engagements
- Contribute technical knowledge in area of specialism
- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct

Additional Responsibilities:
- Lead and initiate open conversations with teams, clients, and stakeholders to build trust
- Contribute to an environment where people and technology work together to accomplish more
- Encourage everyone to have a voice and invite opinions from all team members
- Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations
- Initiate open and candid coaching conversations at all levels
- Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant details
- Anticipate stakeholder needs and develop potential solutions before they are required

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax services
- CPA or Member of the Bar certification required
- Knowledge of compliance and consulting for investment partnerships, alternative investment strategies, and vehicles
- Experience as a team leader, supervising teams and providing timely feedback
- Familiarity with automation and digitization in a professional services environment
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
