The candidate will handle a large and growing docket of cases. Will primarily entail handling all aspects of pre-litigation and litigation personal injury cases along with managing a staff member(s) working with the lawyer on the cases. Be supported by skilled legal assistant(s) who will help lead client communications, prepare documents, and all demands related to own cases. Should be Illinois Bar licensed associate. Familiarity with discovery and litigation required.
