The successful candidate will be pivotal in contributing to the firm's real estate practice and will be based in Chicago, IL.

Duties:

  • Lead and manage sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
  • Provide legal advice and support on real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their real estate goals and tailor legal solutions accordingly.
  • Conduct due diligence and title reviews for real estate transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate complex real estate agreements and contracts.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex real estate transactions.
  • Strong understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the State Bar.
