Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in PA and/or NJ.
• LLM in Taxation is a plus.
• Proven experience in sophisticated trust and estate planning.
• Familiarity with estate administration processes.
• Knowledge of tax law, focusing on its application to trusts and estates.
• Understanding of elder law principles.

Certifications:

• Bar admission in PA and/or NJ.
• LLM in Taxation (optional).
