Columbia office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a commercial litigation attorney with 5 years of commercial litigation experience. The candidate will work closely with well-regarded litigation and business law partners in a growing and busy law practice in one of the top legal corridors in the United States and will receive a great deal of responsibility, including client contact, with tremendous opportunities for personal and professional growth. Must have been a member of the Maryland Bar (Virginia, ., and other Mid-Atlantic states a plus). Familiarity with litigating construction, business, real estate, and employment matters is a plus. The ability to handle complex litigation matters on behalf of clients through trial, in both state and federal courts is required. Should preferably be a seasoned practitioner, with law firm or other private sector experience.
