Job Title:
- State Income and Franchise - Investment Management Tax Senior - Multistate Tax Multi-State Tax

Experience Information:
- 3+ years' experience in state income and franchise tax or federal tax
- 2+ years' experience in tax planning services or preparing and reviewing client work papers, income tax returns, and investment management or partnership taxation

Position Summary:
- Seeking a strategic and creative Multistate Tax professional with experience in investment management and private equity tax considerations
- Combining tax consulting solutions and innovative technology to make a greater impact on organizations
- Joining one of the largest Multistate Tax practices in the world

What You'll Do:
- Provide state tax consulting and compliance services to investment management clients
- Perform technical reviews of partnership and corporate state and local tax returns
- Coordinate with clients' internal tax teams
- Assist with tax consulting projects and engagement management
- Mentor and develop talent in a diverse and inclusive workplace

The Team:
- Over 1,500 professionals with significant experience in all 50 states
- Services include investment management, state income and franchise tax, indirect tax, business restructuring, and more

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Licensed CPA, attorney, or enrolled agent preferred
- Ability to travel up to 10%
