A law firm in New York City, NY, is seeking a Senior Structured Finance Associate Attorney or Counsel with 5-10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Asset-Backed Securities (ABS), Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS), and/or esoteric securitizations. This role requires expertise in drafting complex transaction and disclosure documents and managing multiple capital market transactions simultaneously. The Senior Structured Finance Associate Attorney or Counsel will serve as the lead and supporting associate on transactions.

Duties:

• Lead and support complex structured finance transactions, including ABS, RMBS, and esoteric securitizations.
• Draft and review transaction documents and disclosure materials.
• Manage multiple capital market transactions simultaneously.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to provide legal counsel on structured finance matters.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of legal experience.
• Significant experience in ABS, RMBS, and/or esoteric securitizations.
• Excellent academic credentials.
