Duties:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • An active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
  • 3-6 years of experience in technology and intellectual property transactions.
  • Demonstrated experience in life sciences transactions is highly preferred.
  • Outstanding credentials and qualifications related to the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the California State Bar.
