- Interpret and apply relevant sections of the US Tax Code and regulations

- Manage the process for and review Federal and State tax returns
- Lead and mentor teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other business-related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
- CPA or Bar membership preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of partnership structures and related transactions
- Experience with consulting and modeling for IPOs, M&A, and equity transactions
- Proficient in preparing Form 1065 and K-1
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems preferred
