As a Charitable Planning Attorney, your responsibilities will involve the structuring and formation of charitable organizations, encompassing public charities and private foundations. You will be entrusted with preparing and administering charitable remainder trusts and charitable lead trusts, as well as preparing applications for tax-exempt status. Your expertise will extend to reviewing income tax returns for charitable entities and providing guidance to charitable organizations and entities on all aspects of administration and governance.

Additionally, you will have the chance to advise individuals on charitable deductions and the structuring of charitable gifts, fostering philanthropic initiatives that positively impact society.
