Job Summary:

The Private Client Advisor II is responsible for acquiring new clients, deepening existing client relationships, and building a network to drive business development. This role leads the client management process and partners with various teams to provide a branded client experience and access to a full range of services. Retention of clients is also a critical aspect of this role.

Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and source new clients
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and provide integrated recommendations
• Encourage the use of digital capabilities to enhance the client experience
• Build relationships with internal and external partners
• Advocate for clients and act as a trusted advisor
• Lead and manage client team
• Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities
• Collaborate with team members and specialists to provide comprehensive solutions
• Maintain knowledge of investment products and solutions
• Utilize strong sales and negotiation skills
• Possess a strong understanding of financial services and the ability to identify and solve problems
• Take on a leadership role within the team and business community
• Obtain necessary licenses (Series 7, 63 and 65 or Series 7 and 66) within 90 days of start date (unlicensed candidates may be considered)

Requirements:

• 12+ years of private banking or complex financial services experience OR minimal equivalent of a bachelor degree

• MBA or Post-Graduate Degree preferred
• CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM or JD a significant plus
