A law firm in Boston, MA, is seeking a dedicated Pre-Litigation Attorney to join their team. The Pre-Litigation Attorney will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team, evaluating personal injury cases, offering legal counsel to clients, and negotiating settlements in the pre-litigation stage.

Job Details:

Duties:

• Supervise and provide direction to a team of staff members.
• Evaluate the merits of personal injury cases.
• Provide guidance and counsel to clients.
• Review medical cases to assess legal implications.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Negotiate and authorize settlements in the pre-litigation stage.

Requirements:

• A license in good standing to practice law in Massachusetts.
• Two years of experience with client contact and/or negotiation experience.
• Strong research, verbal, and written communication skills.
• The ability to handle a large and active caseload.
• Prioritization of client representation and customer service.
• Excellent investigator and problem-solver skills.
• Proven success in providing direction and guidance to a team.
• Formidable negotiation skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
