The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience working on a broad variety of commercial real estate transactions. A Juris Doctorate from an accredited university, and admittance to practice in Idaho (or ability to be admitted on motion) is required.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

Experience with, or interest in, counseling clients on a wide range of real estate matters
Experience providing legal advice and guidance to clients involving buying, selling, leasing, developing, or financing real estate properties
Ability to review contracts, negotiate deals, review title commitments and surveys, handle property disputes, and ensure compliance with zoning and land-use regulations
Ability to assist with the closing process, including the preparation and review of closing documents
