Duties:

• Manage and oversee commercial real estate transactions.
• Focus on areas such as commercial real estate development, purchases and sales, corporate real estate, leasing, and mortgage lending.
• Handle multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to real estate matters.
• Draft and review legal documents for commercial real estate transactions.
• Provide legal counsel on real estate development, purchases and sales, corporate real estate, leasing, and mortgage lending.
• Collaborate with clients and peers on transactional strategies.

Experience:

4-6 years of commercial real estate experience.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Ohio or willingness to seek licensure.
