The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and reviewing construction contracts, playing a vital role in risk management planning, and conducting specialized training sessions for clients.

Duties:

• Draft, negotiate, and review construction contracts and other transactional documents related to construction projects.
• Develop comprehensive risk management plans associated with construction contracts.
• Conduct specialized training sessions for clients on construction law matters.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in the state of New Jersey.
• Proven experience as a construction law attorney or in a related field.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a tight-knit team.
