The ideal candidate will possess a MA Bar Admission and 10 years of experience in civil litigation, demonstrating proficiency in various legal proceedings and exceptional communication skills. Job Duties: • Represent clients in court at law and motion/case management hearings. • Draft and Review Discovery Responses. • Attend Depositions and Court Proceedings. • Draft various Motions, Oppositions, and Replies, including Demurrers, discovery, and summary judgment motions. • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Requirements: • MA Bar Admission. • 10 years of experience in civil litigation. • Insurance defense experience is preferred. • Familiarity with civil proceedings, law and motions matters, depositions, and discovery. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Education and Certifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. • Admission to the MA State Bar. Skills: • Proficient in legal research and writing. • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. • Strong attention to detail. • Negotiation skills. • Team player with the ability to work independently.
