Job Duties:
• Represent clients in court at law and motion/case management hearings.
• Draft and Review Discovery Responses.
• Attend Depositions and Court Proceedings.
• Draft various Motions, Oppositions, and Replies, including Demurrers, discovery, and summary judgment motions.
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.

Requirements:
• MA Bar Admission.
• 10 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Insurance defense experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with civil proceedings, law and motions matters, depositions, and discovery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Certifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the MA State Bar.
