A law firm is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Malpractice Associate Attorney to join their team in Long Island. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various aspects of litigation matters with a focus on medical malpractice cases. The Medical Malpractice Associate Attorney will be expected to independently manage and handle litigation tasks, including depositions, pre-trial discovery, mediations, trials, and more. The candidate must possess strong research, legal brief writing, and communication skills. The role involves general litigation motion writing, courtroom oral skills, and a solid understanding of medical records. Familiarity with Court Rules, Rules of Evidence, and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure is essential, and the candidate should be comfortable adapting to new computer software.
