Job Overview:

The Trusts and Estates Associate Attorney will provide legal counsel and support in estate planning, asset protection planning, trust and estate settlement, and taxation. The ideal candidate will possess 3-6 years of trusts and estates experience, with additional expertise in complex estate planning. International estate planning experience is considered advantageous. The candidate must hold an . in Estate Planning or Taxation and a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school. Membership in The Florida Bar is mandatory.

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and support in estate planning, asset protection, trust and estate settlement, and taxation matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to trusts and estates law.
  • Draft legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning instruments.
  • Represent clients in estate administration and probate proceedings.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on complex trusts and estates matters.
  • Maintain client relationships and provide exceptional client service.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of trusts and estates experience.
  • Experience in complex estate planning, asset protection, trust and estate settlement, and taxation.
