A law firm in Columbus is seeking a qualified Labor and Employment Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate must be licensed to immediately practice law in Ohio. Duties:

• Practicing labor and employment law within the state of Ohio.
• Providing legal counsel on a range of labor and employment issues.

• Advising clients on compliance with state and federal employment laws.
• Representing clients in labor and employment-related litigation.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of labor and employment law experience.
• Must be licensed to immediately practice law in Ohio.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Legal counsel and representation in employment-related matters.
• Strong understanding of state and federal employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
