Requirements:

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in intellectual property litigation.
• Specific experience with patent and trade secrets disputes.
• Highly desirable experience with inter partes review petitions.
• Strong academic credentials with a degree in Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Admission to the California Bar or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

Certifications:
