Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation in complex commercial litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and due diligence to support client cases.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop litigation strategies.
• Prepare for and participate in all phases of litigation, from discovery to trial.
• Assist in negotiation, settlement discussions, and alternative dispute resolution methods.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience as an attorney in sophisticated commercial litigation.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Preferred major law firm experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
