The Associate Attorney will be responsible for negotiating and drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, writing legal briefs and motions, representing clients in court, and providing legal administrative support to senior attorneys. Duties:

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Family Law, Immigration Law, Bankruptcy, or Corporate Litigation.
  • Proficiency in legal drafting and research.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Experience with Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis research platforms.
  • Litigation experience or a strong desire to litigate cases.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar of Tennessee.
