Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire legal process, from investigation and discovery to trial preparation and court proceedings.
- Research applicable laws and develop appropriate legal strategies for all stages of litigation.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with claims representatives and insured clients.
- Develop clear and persuasive legal opinions and strategies.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys, paralegals, or law clerks.

Qualifications:

- Membership in the Maryland Bar and appropriate special licenses preferred.
- At least 3 years of successful experience representing insurance companies.
- Strong relationship building, analytical thinking, and process-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of insurance law and proficiency with legal technologies.
- JD degree required.
