Are you a highly skilled lawyer with a passion for solving complex legal issues? As a Private Funds Lawyer at UBS, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of challenging and novel initiatives. Your main responsibilities will include helping to structure and operate alternative investment funds such as commingled hedge funds, single investor funds, and managed accounts. You will also have the chance to draft various fund formation and transaction documents and advise on regulatory and compliance matters.

Your role at UBS will involve working closely with investments, products, client coverage, and other functions to launch new investment products and negotiate their terms with investors and asset allocators. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with different types of internal and external stakeholders, including clients and investors, and use technology to improve decision making.

Your expertise and experience will be highly valued at UBS. Ideally, you will have four or more years of relevant experience at a law firm and/or in-house at a hedge fund or investment bank. You should also have experience advising on private fund formations and lifecycle events, as well as a strong understanding of US and foreign regulations affecting private funds and their managers.

As a Private Funds Lawyer at UBS, you will be able to provide clear, pragmatic legal advice to business stakeholders and control functions. You will be part of the broader in-house legal department which supports UBS's activities globally across all its divisions.

The salary range for this role is $200,000 to $240,000 based on experience, education, and skill level. This role may be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. For benefits information, please visit .
