Boynton Beach office of our client seeks personal injury attorney with 1-3 years of experience. The candidate will focus on providing aggressive, effective, ethical representation to each individual client. Will be handling a large caseload. Have the responsibility of independently managing a large caseload of which 95%-98% will be motor vehicle accident cases. The caseload will predominantly consist of pre-suit cases with some litigation duties. Providing legal support and guidance to clients. Finding ethical solutions to legal matters. Negotiating settlements with insurance carriers. Covering PIP recorded statements and PIP Examinations Under Oath. Otherwise handling case management from inception to completion. Staying informed about any current legislation and case law. Building trustworthy relationships with clients. Drafting pleadings, written discovery and motions. Arguing motions and covering depositions. Marketing firm services in the community and as otherwise required. Must be a Florida licensed attorney in good standing with Florida Bar, with no disciplinary or malpractice history. Should have 1 year of experience as an attorney handling personal injury cases. Must have 1 year of experience in evaluating personal injury claims in Florida.
