# Regulatory, Environmental/Transportation Senior-Level Associate at Hogan Lovells

Hogan Lovells, a leading global law firm, is looking for an outstanding Senior Associate to join their highly regarded environmental transactions practice in their Denver office. The ideal candidate should have six to nine years of environmental transactions experience, preferably from a large law firm. This position provides the associate with an opportunity to play a lead role in one of the most sophisticated environmental transactions practices in the country.

## Qualifications and Experience

* Six to nine years of environmental transactions experience, preferably from a large law firm
* Experience working on large transactions, including managing environmental consultants, preparing diligence reports, drafting and negotiating the environmental provisions of M&A agreements, and evaluating and procuring environmental and R&W insurance
* Experience conducting environmental due diligence
* Comfort interacting directly with clients
* Experience with environmental counseling and litigation is a significant plus, but not a requirement
* Strong writing skills
* Excellent academic credentials
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Commitment to excellence
* Excellent supervisor

## Compensation

This role will be compensated top-of-market, with an annualized salary range of $370K to $415K, depending on the candidate’s overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for a discretionary or an hours-based bonus, consistent with market practice. In addition, this position will be eligible for the firm’s fringe benefits as they currently exist.
