Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior e-discovery attorney with 8+ years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for having a high level of experience in building and managing Technology Assisted Review (TAR) and analytics review workflows; have a command of TAR metrics and statistics; own thought leadership on how existing command of TAR will aid in the evolution of the application of generative . to document review. Will be reviewing E-Discovery vendor contracts and RFPs, designing E-Discovery budgets, and possess an expert command in managing privilege reviews and privilege log negotiation and creation. Must possess a high level of litigation experience in order to assist the General Counsel?s office with third-party subpoenas and firm legal needs. Should be admitted to practice in the state of Massachusetts. Must have strong management skills to lead associates, contract attorneys, review teams, and litigation technology professionals through complex reviews.
