Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on business and securities litigation matters.

• Assist in the management and organization of case files and documents.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys in case strategy development.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and client meetings as needed.
• Provide support in all phases of the litigation process.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Specialized experience in healthcare litigation is a plus.
• Strong academic background with a law degree from an accredited institution.
• Admission to the Illinois State Bar or eligibility to waive in.
