Must have 10 years of experience Duties: • Lead and manage the structuring and formation of private investment funds and their management companies. • Provide legal counsel on fund operations, compliance, and regulatory matters. • Draft and review fund offering documents, subscription agreements, and related legal documentation. • Conduct due diligence on fund-related matters and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth fund formations and operations. Requirements: • 10 years of experience in fund formation and private investment matters. • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • Admitted to the New York State Bar. • Proven experience in private equity secondary transactions and SEC investment advisory regulations.
