Our Real Estate Tax Practice is a dedicated team of tax professionals located strategically across the country, providing top-notch tax consulting services to clients. As a Senior, you will work on multiple tax engagements, contributing to the delivery of quality tax planning and compliance services for our real estate industry clients. As a Senior in our Real Estate Tax Practice, you can expect to: - Provide first-level reviews of tax returns - Analyze complex tax issues and structures - Keep in touch with clients - Provide meaningful business insights through analyzing an evolving portfolio of complex tax operations - Stay updated on current market trends in order to maintain credibility as a trusted advisor - Build client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of the real estate, hospitality, and construction industry - Develop clear and intelligent plans to improve tax activities for clients To qualify for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline, as well as a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. You should also have knowledge in a broad range of real estate tax technical and transaction skills, a proven record of excellence in a professional services or tax organization, and technical writing and research experience in a tax context. Additionally, you should have strong prioritization skills, influencing skills, and the willingness to travel as needed. Ideally, you will also have a CPA qualification or be a member of a state bar. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $70200 to $115900. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) is $84200 to $131800. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors, including education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
