Responsibilities:

- Direct multinational enterprises on business decisions, such as location and operations, entity choice, supply chain optimization, and capital mobilization
- Advise clients on tax planning decisions and anticipate potential short- and long-term considerations at a global level
- Structure tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, dispositions, and IPOs
- Assist with tax provision for financial statements and compliance work
- Advise clients on income tax treaty planning opportunities
- Provide tax services to alternative investment companies throughout the investment life cycle

Qualifications:

- Minimum of three years of experience in international, mergers and acquisitions, and/or federal tax planning
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Taxation, JD, and/or LLM preferred
- Strong knowledge of international and domestic tax law provisions
- Excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills
- Ability to balance and lead multiple engagements, supervise and train staff, and provide excellent client service
- Experience developing and maintaining client relationships
