Job Overview: A law firm in Houston, TX, is seeking a Mid-to-Senior-Level Capital Markets Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of experience. Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Texas State Bar or eligibility for admission by waiver.
• 4-6 years of experience practicing law, focusing on capital markets transactions.
