Salary: $7,000 for 10 weeks (supplemented if necessary)

Role:
- Legal intern with a commitment to reproductive rights and reproductive justice
- Projects related to Lawyers Network’s work
- Full-time for up to 10 weeks
- Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days working from home)
- Preference for DC, but NYC placement may be possible
- Covid-19 vaccination required for all employees of the Center
- Highly encouraged to seek outside funding for placement
- Summer Legal Associates are supplemented to reach a pay rate of $7,000 for the 10-week program

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal, factual, and other research and analysis for and global initiatives
- Drafting legal education and advocacy materials
- Drafting, researching, and reviewing bar association resolutions, reports, and other publications

Qualifications:
- by June 2024
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Demonstrated interest in public interest, human rights, gender justice, reproductive rights, and/or reproductive justice
