Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in energy matters, including regulatory compliance, project development, and transactional work.

• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and hearings related to energy-related issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, focusing on energy law.
• Proven track record of cultivating and maintaining a portable book of business exceeding $300,000.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
